Terms of Service for Safety 1st
An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your booking; a deposit fee of £150 will be required within 7 days of receipt of the invoice to secure your course. The outstanding balance should then be paid within 30 days of completion of the course. Please note if the total amount is settled prior to the course certificates will be released on the final day of the course.
Additional charges (overdue Invoice payments and re-issued certificates)
Please note certificates are not validated until invoices are paid. If payment is overdue by more than 30 days, a reminder will be sent out and will carry a £15.00 administration fee. Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle us to charge you for costs and expenses incurred in recovering late payments, and to charge interest at the rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Safety 1st may charge an administration fee of £15.00 per certificate when a certificate is re-issued for the following reasons: Lost certificates, amended certificates due to incorrect spellings supplied by the client or changes to supplied delegates’ lists or changes to booked training dates where certificates have already been printed.
